Hi Again

Hi everyone, I've been super busy and don't seem to get the opportunity to get to the computer. Even now I'm just about to make some pancakes for the kids. Check out this blog for some great ideas to make fun pancakes for your kids or even yourself. http://jennipriceillustration.blogspot.com/

    Amazing-they look really good. The children and I watched the video on the link. I haven't seen pancake mix like that here. Did you make your own or were you able to find mix in suitable bottles?

    I make a simple pancake mix:

    1 Egg
    1 cup of plain flour
    1 Cup of milk

    Sometimes I'll add a little vanilla and a little sugar but it's not really necessary especially if the kids are going to drown the pancakes in maple syrup anyway.
    I got some condiment bottles from Wilkinson's they were a few pounds for a pack of two. Most shops sell these during BBQ season. :)
